Since the introduction of the new “Manitoba Condominium Act” in February 2014 major changes have been made to the list of required documents for the sale of a Condominium. Effective February 2015 the new Manitoba Condominium Act was implemented and the requirements for documentation was increased from a simple four to five pages to over 125 pages.
When you decide to sell your unit there are some requirements for you to prepare before you list your unit.
Here is a list of documents you require:
Declaration.
By-Laws (revised),
Building Standards,
Management Agreement,
Insurance Trust Agreement (WCC #314 Does NOT have an Insurance Trust),
Annual Financial Statement,
Operating Budget,
Certificate of Insurance,
Reserve Fund Study / Update,
Disclosure Statement and
Status Certificate.
